Cloudy with a chance of rain and snow in the morning... then partly sunny with a slight chance of rain and snow showers in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 40s. South winds 10 to 15 mph... becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 40% .

Cold is one thing wet and cold is another
