Hi everyone!
Well, I am kind of expecting that most of us have little or maybe no respect for this Turkish copy of English Patriot but since I own one, I would like to make someting good out of it anyway. And I would really not be inspired to spend extra money to figure out what is the best ammo for it. I've tried Beeman Kodiaks in it and Beeman Ram Jets and Ram Jets did the best out of two. Those were ammo that I had on hand at that time.
Would you guys, who maybe owns one of this, kindly give me your best advise on the best pellet this gun shoots the best, please. It is powerful gun and I want to use it but I am unwilling to waist anymore money on it. I just wanted to buy pellets that are the best right away.
Thank you for input

Please,please,please,please.....

Never had much luck out of any pellets with my Turkish made Webley Scott Longbow. Just never grouped well with any pellet. I tried all my pellets.

That is pretty disappointing. The ony thing I have in mind right now is to make it look really, really nice and put it on the wall as decoration:)
Thank you Gene

you have to try different type of pellets...

(http://../images/emoticons/smile.gif)Straightshooter has a nice Pellet sampler kit, all calibers, BTW what caliber is your Turkish Patriot?
-
My Turkish Patriot is .22 cal. Thank you Bill, I will check that place for pellets

IS IT GOOD FOR HUNTING AT LEAST
-
Mine likes EunJin only

Well, that is very powerful rifle for a spring piston and it can be good hunting rig if it is accurate. The recoil is very violent but I don'tmind it as it adds to the challange to master this spring piston beast:)
That is some heavy lead you feeding yours, Rick! Is yours .177 or .22 cal? What is velocity for that ammo? I've got 4 tins of eun jins and if they work I will use them. But I worrry about being too heavy for it.

Actually mine is in .25 cal.
It wouldnt shoot Crow Magnums at all but some of that I feel was due to the break-in period and the fact that the two-piece mount sheared off the rail. The post-mortem revealed that the angle clip on the mount was installed upside down so it wasnt grabbing the rail properly.
I have just returned from a business road trip that brought me by AOA (great place, great folks) and was able to purchase some Beeman silver Stings. The quick trip to the back yard, about 10 minutes ago, brought 2 shots in one hole at 25m. So there is hope!

Is yours Turkish or English?
Also each rifle is individual all by itself and might like different ammo. I still have hope in mine- I have to, since I dumped $350 for it.
