More fun/experimenting with the Remingtom AirMaster 77. And I think it will be the last unless I shoot in the multi pump rifle match.
Shot the 25 yard match with this, poor score but better than I expected with this rifle (and me being accustomed to high magnification). Then stuck on a 25+ year old Bushnell 2-7 scope that I used on my first airgun and my first .22. Focus was horrible but it worked and used it for this match.
Things went downhill from there, put on a couple year old 3-9 scope. I never did like the scope but something must have happened to it - would not focus and I ran out of 'left' adjustment with 1.5 inches to go at 10M. That scope came back off and the rifle got put away for now...
Remingtom AirMaster 77
2-7 Scope at ~ 5 (best focus I could manage)
Gamo Match Wad .177
Standing. 10m, etc.
177/200
just noticed I put the wrong date on the target too, I shot this today.

Happy 20th anniversary to the Open Rifle 10M match!!!! One of our most popular matches.
Going to rain for 2 straight days so I did this and the Steriod 15 match real early this morning.....8a.m. Wanted to also do the Rested PCP - 30 Yd match....but it started to sprinkle....so I got out of Dodge!!!!! Steady rain as I'm typing this.
Took about 10 shots to re-zero the Big Cat....and it was a go.

Just got back from big Mex dinner. Thought I'd try the match now that temp is ONLY 95F as sun going down. And, I don't expect to get another chance this weekend with Father's day, etc.
However, mosquitoes were also hungry for dinner. LOL! Little buggers were out in swarms! Twenty quick shots later....OH, WELL...maybe next week!
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!
Rifle: Daisy 130A

I got a question, can this be taken only outdoors, or can it be taken indoors also?
-
Either Cody,
All you need is 10m or 33.3 feet from barrel to target

Wow, that was fun! I think I shoot better with the peeps than with the 4x32 that was on the 953 before. Also, since this rifle is so light, I tried holding the stock farther out and I felt a bit more steady.
I am still having trouble with the paper tearing. I'll try some heavier stock next time. Looking forward to the next one. --HL

This is a fun match and I enjoyed it very much. It's nice to see a variety of airguns being used.

I have a Crosman 1077 too. Bought it last December. It also likes RWS pellets. The Hobbys are maybe the best shooters in mine.I just removed the Centerpoint 4x32 scope that came with the gun and mounted my Leapers 3x9 with AO (I'll never buy another air gun scope without AO).I could never get the Centerpoint adjusted so the target and the crosshairs were clear.Thats no problem with the Leapers.I'm still experimenting with pellets, but maybe I'll try one of these matches after a little off hand shooting practice.
