: Chinese underlever
: Brutuz May 22, 2010, 09:03:28 AM
Bought a Chinese underlever a few weeks ago.

Polished the spring ends, honed the cylinder, stripped the stock, stained it light oak and applied a few coats of laquer.

Lot's of filler

End result

Fitted a scope, group of 5, 11 yards, supported

Spread looks fine

It isn't a magnum springer but it's a sweet one.

Good job on the stock. I have 2 that look like the stock one but with different sights. Both say made in shainghai china. They are decent shooters.
: Real nice staining

That's a keeper, good shooter, too!

I like the redesigned muzzle-block/front sight/cocking arm catch on these newer B3's  (B3-4, right?).

I guess, it's a Polish version: a "Lider 45TG" (link (http://www.bron.pl/shopbron/product/WIATROWKI-I-OSPRZET/Wiatrowki-karabinki/Wiatrowka-Karabinek-LIDER-45-TG-kal.-5-5-mm/1869) )

Looks an awfull lot like a Chinese B-3 but after watching the video there are some differences in the trigger and cocking lever lock up.

Where did you buy this gun at Brutuz..
: Neat, I've never seen any Liders
: cole5169 May 23, 2010, 02:23:16 AM
Looks pretty similar to the B3's.
Thanks for bringing this to us,
-JC

It came from this store http://www.bron.pl/shopbron/product/WIATROWKI-I-OSPRZET/Wiatrowki-karabinki/Wiatrowka-Karabinek-LIDER-45-TG-kal.-5-5-mm/1869 (http://www.bron.pl/shopbron/product/WIATROWKI-I-OSPRZET/Wiatrowki-karabinki/Wiatrowka-Karabinek-LIDER-45-TG-kal.-5-5-mm/1869)

None of the Chinese B3's I've seen looks exactly like it.

A bit misterious, could there be another AG manufacturer in China?

Man, I'd LOVE to have one of those! It doesn't look the same size as the B3/B4 either. It looks a bit bigger. But the guy shooting it may have been on the small side too though.
