and my spring for my Rem. Vantage. Had plenty of time to do some polishing and de-burring and crosshatching and made the spring turn on polished and lubed top hat guide and weight . The seal did some squeaking for a few cocks and then quit. Must have not lubed to much as I didn't get any dieseling and very little spring noise. Works smooth as butter.
At 12yds standing in the door way with my hand on the frame and the gun resting on my forearm I got dime size groups. This was after only 25 shots. Will shoot it for a bit and then put it through the chrony. With scope and all it is only a hair over 7 lbs. and 40 inches long to the end of the brake. Black glove leather on the cheek rest. This has been good learning process.
Thanks for the help Gene
