who buy & sell on the interenet, sometimes things happens, such as health issues & other un-fore-seen matters, some personal & some not so personal. I myself have been on both sides of them type of situations, where the delay was all or partly my neglegence,I also know the frustration of waiting based on others neglegence/mis-haps. I just finished refunding a gentleman for a returned product which cost over $600,this gentlemen was nothing short of an understanding person & we are both laughing at the stupidity on my part, the first refund was lost in the mail(probably because I put the wrong zip code) The second refund I sent to him I forgot to sign the check! I don't need to mention who this person is,I'm sure he's laughing if he's reading this, my point is that he waited over five weeks for his refund to finally get to him signed sealed & delivered! He never once doubted me or tried to dilute my reputation within our airgun community & I am still in dispute trying to get my refund from the manufacturer!! What I am trying to say is it may be better to give someone the benefit of the doubt, especially when there is a possibility of he or she being hospitalized or another crisis which may cause a delay! I think it's better to handle matters off the open forum, especially when others aren't having problems waiting for one of Matts products! Then if there is no truth to the hospital excuse then you need to do what needs to be done,,,

Sometimes patience pays-off!
JUST TRYING TO KEEP THE PEACE AMONGST US AIRGUNNERS!!!
