Donnie,
I had a similar problem a few months back when I ordered a couple of QF-2 kits for my B-3's, except in my case a long time went by with no sign of the kits being shipped and no way to contact the vendor except thru repeated emails that went unanswered.
I simply called my credit card company, filed a charge dispute against the vendor, after which the credit card company immediately reclaimed the payment that had been approved on my credit card. Within 2 days I miraculously received an email from the vendor who had ignored all my emails telling me they had sent out my items by FEDEX priority. By this time, after being dealt with so unscrupulously by this vendor, I refused the FEDEX delivery when the guy showed up at my door. Since I never took possession of the items my credit card company permanently credited my account the disputed amount. The vendor contacted the credit card company to complain, but they were told the matter was closed.
Of course you have to do what you feel is right, but if I were you I'd dispute the credit card transaction and get a credit. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
