Chinese PCP pump questions

Anyone have one that works good? What did you have to do to get it to work? If it doesn't take a whole lot to get them good I may buy some and get them up to standard.

I've read its more of a seal issue than anything else. I wanted to buy one just to get started into PCP but not sure what it takes to rebuild them.
