Have not tried all thee, no MAC 1 version.
Hard to compare the two I have tried. One was a max. effort .25 conversion from Roy with a 78D as a base, but without any external "bling" . The other was a basic tuned QB78 (standard) from Mike tuned to a specific level, but looking stock, and costing 1/2 the .25cal. conversion. First took a couple of months to get built, the second was on its way to me inside a week. Both supplied just what they claimed: smooth, no problem, shooting to the vel. claims, and quite accurate.
Think your best course would be to nail down exactly what you want and the performance you want it to deliver, then contact the makers/tuners. May find none of them have a QB79 in stock (or all of them might...but I'd guess the first) and you'd need to order one and have it shipped to their address. I'd certainly listen to any suggestion any of them have, they know their stock and know waht worked out best for previous customers so their opinion on what you want should be considered carefully.
