Hi Brian.... If those are plastic coated pellets, I would think they may not work well on an un-seasoned barrel.. Why? Because a pellet gun or rifle really needs the lead pellets to seaon the barrel.. That is why many of us will tell you that on a new air rifle you should shoot 500 to a 1000 lead pellets through the barrel to fill in all the small imperfections and the rifling. For the most part lead pellets skirts are made to expand when gun is fired.. The air pressure behind the pellet will expand the skirts and form a seal inside the barrel as it passes through..
That is one of the reasons I do not use non lead pellets in any of my air guns.. They are desgined to shoot lead pellets.
I am not saying that those Skenco pellets, are bad but just be aware of how pellet guns are made and what they are designed to shoot..
