First Project Completed!
« on: March 10, 2009, 05:06:17 AM »
Just wanted to share my first project!  I know it is simple compared to a lot I have seen, but I am proud of it!  It is a Crosman Custom 2300 in .22 Caliber.  It is mounted with a BSA RD 30/22SB Red Dot Scope.  Grips are from Ralph at R&B Grips http://www.rbgrips.net/index.html and are his Sportsman Rainbow Laminate in Blue and Black.  The Muzzle Break, Extended Gas Cap and Stock Adapter are from Joe at Muzzlemacks!  http://muzzlemack.com/default.aspx  I want to thank both craftsman for their excellent workmanship!!  The stock is a  Tippmann 98 lightweight aluminum folding stock.  Gun is very fun to shoot and is fairly accurate!  Again thanks to the Craftsman and all that answered questions on this forum while I was building it!

The folding stock is what makes the gun totally unique.

Very nice job.

Just a few of the available stocks that will fit.

FYI... for those who are interested...

The adapters for the 22xx models have a built in Hammer Spring Adjuster in the mount. Once the mount is installed... you can take the stock off with just one set screw for the  back packers...

I only have one left for the 13xx & 2289 models. No adjuster needed for the pumpers...

I will be making more...

Thank you Howard for posting your creation. It is my pleasure to serve the AG community.
