Dannyboy Walton

Well the Cr 78 finally arrived , after several emails from  me and a few from the forum owner. the deal was finally completed.
Whether it was his intention to stall or steal or rip me off, it sure seemed like it.  I haven't heard from him since 4 March,at which time he stated something about covering for others at work and not being able to ship his gun first like he said he would.  Then seeing him log in several times in the next week , no emails from , he posted on the 8 that the 140 shoots great, still no email letting  me know WHEN he is going to ship.
Gene and I had a deal going three days before Dannyboy shipped the gun.  Gene had asked like others if I had gotten my gun yet, my reply was no. Addressing my concerns that maybe he was thinking of not sending , Gene informed me he sent Dannyboy an email.  The PO stamp on the box said it was shipped the 12, Gene emailed him either the 10 or 11 March. Dannyboy stated on his post of the 8th that the gun was shipped. So why did the PO stamp say 12 march.

My dealings with him are finished.

If anyone's wants to deal with him, take caution to the wind. there is another airgunner who had bad dealings with him two years ago.  I found that out only after sending my gun, in trust to him.

Actually Genes message came to me on March 12th after 11 pm. So, if the box is dated the 12th and Genes message came on the 12th after 11pm, how could his message have any effect on my decision to send the gun? Real easy, it couldn't, because the gun was already sent. I have the receipt to prove this, as I've already told you. But if you want to look like a fool, so be it!

You were made aware that I was working double shifts, and when the gun would be sent. Not only that, but you have the gun, right? So now, after you've posted a bunch of childish garbage, its become readily apparent that not only were you were flat out wrong, but your childish impatience has made you look like a fool. Now as I said to you in a PM, if I had not communicated with you at all, if no messages were forth coming, then I could see a reason for you to thrash me. But since we both know that I did communicate with you while I was working double shifts, and you did receive the 78g, you're the one that shouldn't be dealt with. As I said Buster, you need medication.

I've dealt with Dan many times and just received (Tuesday 3/13) a CP-88 that I purchased from him. I read your post on the other forum and it seems that you should have expected delays from someone working double shifts. Dan told me the same thing. Although communication between us was sparse I expected this from someone working as much as he is right now. If he intended to rip you off as you have insinuated then why wouldn't he do the same to me? It took 12 day's for the CP-88 to get here. Thats from the first contact between us. I believe you're making a mountain out of a molehill.
