I didn't have a heat gun handy so I used the wife's hair dryer, took a little longer but it came off with block of wood and small rubber mallet like Bill said. Also the Beeman Universal or Ported Muzzlebrakes will fit this gun.Have been thinking of chopping off 6" and recrowning this barrel. Guns a little long for me.
