Hey fellas im looking for someone who can do stock refinishing ?picked up a 890s and i want to redo the stock can anyone help me out?
keep your eyes on the prize & dont let it crawl away.

Ok brothers and sister's a family member need's some stock work done and I know that there's some Guru's with wood around here so if you would check in with him and see what you wood Guru's can come with. Thanks family. Ed

picked up a 890s gamo the stock has some dings i want to get it reworked

Head to home depot for some sand paper, a cheap orbital sander, stain and finish... Then throw on your reading glasses and tune in to GTA hehe. Theres LOTS of stock finishing info here. Plus, theres nothing better than looking at something that YOU yourself finished or made.... It's a great feeling!

Think I am going to refinish my own stock on a Remington 511.  I looked here:

and even watched the video . . .    hmmm . . .   probably too much work for me.

Then I checked out Jim Maccari's site:

Ordered up some New-Royal London Oil, synthetic steel wool pads, and Maccari Stock Mud.  I may pick up an inexpensive sander:
