That looks like a great deal.  I said  that I would not buy another springer but this ad has got my attention.   Okay, now what’s wrong with it?

They've had them on special sale prices before, I don't know, perhaps with all the attention new Crosman NP series is getting noone is buying them ???  Just a guess on my part.  I would also assume that they have the "older"  metal trigger which means you could install a tuna trigger :)   of course that's just a guess on my part, I'd check with P.A. on the trigger before I ordered one.  

I have 2 synthetic stocked CFX's, a .177 and a .22 and they are both incredibly accurate, I'm talking small ragged hole groups if I do my part.  However, don't believe that 900 fps rating on the .22 cal   cause it's not gonna happen.  My .22 shoots in the middle 700's with the FTS pellets that it loves so much.

As I just posted over on the Yellow's Gamo forum, you can buy it for $179.99 with free ground shipping or use the coupon and pay $171.18 with shipping. (No free shipping with the coupon, although the first time they discounted them you could.) They need to get it straight. It was $179.99 less 10% no shipping, then $199.99 less 10% with shipping, now $179.99 again, etc, etc. What they smokin' at PA?

I tried to order 1 last night but I couldn't get it to accept the order. For some reason it just wouldn't work. I phoned my order in today and they said $199 not $179. I bet if I tried the on line order today, it would have worked with no problem. OH Well, next time.

I just ran it both ways yesterday, doing all but submitting the purchase. They should honor what they have on their website. Yes, it's back to $199. What the heck is going on with PA? That's going to PO a lot of buyers.

PA replied to my question of why the price bouncing around on these? They said it was on sale for a few days in March. Still makes no sense to me.
