Actually Ken on the side of my Hammerli Titan breech block was "Assembled in Turkey". No matter who's name is on them I am pretty sure the parts are made in China and many models are actually made there as well. For instance, The Beeman line of RS-2's and 3's including the GH 950 series are made in China for Beeman. It seems that Umarex, Beeman and a few others are using this same power plant and trigger group. I do have to say that these Chinese air rifles are very nice as well. They have true two stage triggers and a very well put together power plant.
I have seen the Hammerli Nova and it is a beautiful looking gun but the buck stops there. They have the same trigger group as the Webley/Scott Turkish made Longbow and others. I do have to say that is the worst trigger I have ever seen. I will not even take them in for a tune. And Umarex asks over $300.00 for them...

That is a laugh.
